Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

Brooke & Joy Games has established this Minimum Advertised Price (“MAP”) Policy to protect the
integrity of the Brooke & Joy Games brand, support retail partners, and maintain fair competition in the
marketplace.

This policy applies to all retailers, distributors, and resellers of Brooke & Joy Games products. Brooke &
Joy Games unilaterally establishes this policy and may modify it at any time.

Minimum Advertised Price
MAP is the lowest price at which Brooke & Joy Games products may be advertised. Retailers remain free to sell products at any price they choose, but advertising prices below MAP
is not permitted. MAP pricing will be communicated in the Brooke & Joy Games wholesale price list and may be updated periodically.

In general, no prices should be below that listed on www.brookeandjoy.com.

Advertising Channels Covered
MAP applies to all publicly visible advertising including but not limited to:
• Retail websites
• Online marketplaces
• Social media
• Email marketing
• Digital advertising
• Printed advertisements or catalogs
• Any publicly visible product listing
MAP does not apply to in-store shelf pricing that is not advertised online or prices revealed only
after a product is placed in a shopping cart during checkout.

Promotions and Bundles
Retailers may not advertise Brooke & Joy Games products below MAP.
Storewide promotions, loyalty rewards, or coupon codes are permitted provided the advertised
price of the product remains at or above MAP.
Bundled offers are permitted only if the Brooke & Joy Games product itself is not advertised
below MAP.

MAP Holiday Periods
Brooke & Joy Games may designate MAP Holiday periods during which retailers may advertise
below MAP. MAP Holiday dates and eligible products will be communicated in advance.

Amazon Sales Restriction
Brooke & Joy Games reserves the exclusive right to sell its products on Amazon. Retailers,
distributors, and resellers are not permitted to sell Brooke & Joy Games products on
Amazon.com. This includes all Amazon sales channels, including but not limited to Seller Central,
Vendor Central, Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA), and Fulfilled by Merchant (FBM).
Retailers may not list Brooke & Joy Games products on Amazon directly or indirectly.

Resale Restrictions
Retailers may not sell Brooke & Joy Games products to other resellers, brokers, or third parties
when the products are intended for resale on online marketplaces, including Amazon.

Monitoring
Brooke & Joy Games monitors advertised pricing and marketplace listings using automated tools
and manual review.

Enforcement
Violations of this policy may result in termination of authorization to purchase or sell Brooke & Joy
Games products. Brooke & Joy Games reserves the right to immediately suspend shipments for
serious or repeated violations.

No Agreement Required
This MAP Policy is a unilateral policy established by Brooke & Joy Games. Brooke & Joy Games
reserves the right to refuse sales to any retailer that does not comply with this policy.
