Yes! If your last card you put down is a Swap card, you win! (You don't need to take the hand from the person on your right)
After you reach ten (going up) the next card is a NINE - You are going DOWN now. It will go 9 - 8 - 7 - 6 -5 -4 -3 -2- 1. Then when you reach a 1, go back up starting with a 2.
One player says "Ready, Set, Draw!" and all players then draw one, and only one, card at a time together until someone reveals the next card. If you went through the whole deck and there is STILL no card either:
1) Someone placed the same card down twice so the card is buried in the pile somewhere (most common)
2) Someone mistook a 6 for a 9!
2) You are actually missing a card.
best bet is to just skip that card for now, play till the end, then count all your cards to make sure you have all the cards.
